Hi everyone,
This week I would like to share the layout I made for the CSI case file # 218. Although my photos are Halloween themed, I still found that the challenge colours worked with them.
Here's the case file:
And here's my layout:
I have used all the colours; *Navy, *Light seafoam green, *White, *Yellow, and *Teal.
For the evidence I have: *Dots, *Hearts (button), *Leaves, *Bow, *Metal, and *Circles.
For the testimony I chose to *Write your journaling as a dialogue*.
The photos are of my grand-daughter, Coraline. Her big sister, Rosalie, decided that Coraline would be a chicken for Halloween.
The journaling goes as follows;
"Rosalie, what is Coraline going to be for Halloween?"
"A chicken."
"A chicken!"
"Yeah"
"OK....."
So Daphné found a picture of a chicken costume and we got to work. We were quite pleased with the result. The costume was a big hit. Coraline was absolutely ADORABLE.
I hope you like it.
Thank you for stopping by, and please have a look-see at my first blog post featuring a layout I did for a past case file.
Happy scrapping,
Jacynthe
What a lovely story:-) and outfit:-) Your layout is really neat and beautifully made.
ReplyDeleteFabulous fun photos. I really like how you have teamed up the colours making yellow so dominant and lots of evidence here with all your embellishments! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteOMGoodness, those are the cutest photos ever, Jacynthe! Beautiful layout. Wonderful mix of patterns, and I agree with Wendy--the yellow is perfect to enhance your photo and the other colors. Beautiful stitching, and I love how you framed that label with the doily and added the sweet little heart. Way to go starting a blog--it looks fantastic, and I love the title of your blog!
ReplyDeleteWhat cute photos, you have rocked the case file with this layout. Thanks for playing along at CSI
