July is coming to an end and, honestly, it can't come fast enough. Record breaking heat and humidity EVERYWHERE. It's scary.

In order to keep my mind off how much I hate this weather, I decided to create a layout that works for both the SOS Blend-A-Sketch challenge and case file 257 at Color Stories Inspiration.

Here are the challenges:

My layout:

Blend-A-Sketch challenge:
I machine stitched the two outlines, placed four photo/paper blocks, and sprinkled the sequins(requirement) as in the left-hand sketch. I used three hearts placed next to each other horizontally as in the right-hand sketch.

Case file 257:
Colours; Seafoam green, lemony yellow, white, black,  & carnation pink, are all there.
Evidence; Floral pattern, Flowers/leaves, Tissue paper (stamped hearts), Glasses, Quadrant design, Black & white pattern, and Tiny brads.
Presentation: Put your journaling on a circular journaling spot.

Some close-ups:
The title letters were all stamped. Sequins, tiny brads, and black&white pattern.

Three stamped hearts on tissue paper.

Quincy has the patience of an angel. She's always willing to play along with the children even if it means being dressed up as a princess.

Hope you like it. I'm pleased with the way it all turned out.

Thank you for stopping by and taking a look at my layout.

À la prochaine, Until next time,

Jacynthe ☺
